Our scoring methodology is completely open. Every data point, weight, and formula explained below.
The Formula
BetfyScore = Σ (category_score × weight) × 10
Where each category_score = average of its sub-factor scores (0-10)
Final BetfyScore range: 0–100

How it works
- We collect raw data for each sub-factor (e.g. Trustpilot rating = 4.2/5)
- Each raw value is normalised to a 0–10 score using defined formulas
- Sub-factor scores are averaged to produce a category score (0–10)
- Category scores are multiplied by their weight and summed
- The weighted sum is scaled to 0–100 = final BetfyScore
